This section shows you how to assign a employee to a Contact/Project

Show all contacts/appointment whether they are assigned or not

• In the summary window, press "<--Clear" to blank the assigned to filter.
• As you can see below there are 2 contacts in our example database

Assign a contact/project to an employee

• Open the contact/project record by selecting it in the list and pressing "Edit" or "Double Click"
• At the bottom left of the contact screen select an employee from the list.
• If "user" shows in the list we recommend you use the "user management" screen to rename the default user (Display Name) or add more users.

Filter all contacts/projects assigned to an employee

• In the summary window, select the employee from the list that you wish see contacts for and click the "Search" Tab. Screen will automatically refresh.

Filter all events/schedule assigned to an employee - Example 1

• In the summary window, select the employee from the list that you wish to see contacts for and click the "Events/Schedule" Tab. Screen will automatically refresh.
• In the example below we can see that there is only one appointment for Joe Public's contacts.

Filter all events/schedule assigned to an employee - Example 2

• In the summary window, select the employee from the list that you wish to see contacts for and click the "Events/Schedule" Tab. Screen will automatically refresh.
• In the example below we can see that there are no appointments for Jonny Manager's contacts.
