Need installation assistance?

Our CRM is a High Grade Enterprise application which can manage thousands and thousands of records at ease in a multi user environment. In order to release functionality to smaller businesses at an affordable price the installer will attempt to guide the installation of the components automatically. If the set-up fails or you want to use the database with more than 3 users at once, you should opt of an "assisted installation" from FieldIT Limited. Unfortunately installation assistance not refundable if you choose not to purchase the product. Please contact us HERE to arrange an appointment and get a quote.

Pricing Explained

FieldIT CRM pricing is based on user, if you have 1 user (1 pc/laptop) this is 1 CAL.

1 CAL = £39.95 (one off)
Example: If two users connect to the database this is 2 CAL = £79.90 (one off).

We offer discount if multiple licenses purchased, please contact us for a custom quote

Each CAL purchased comes with one years support and upgrades. After a year you can continue to get upgrades and support by purchasing extended support.

1 CAL Extended Support = £19.97 (per year)
Example: If two users connect to the database and required upgrades and support, this is 2 CAL = £39.94 (per year).

We offer discount if multiple support/upgrade required, please contact us for a custom quote

*Note:
1) Additional discounts are available for companies purchasing more than four CALs, please contact us for a custom quote.
2) If you connect any external system to the FieldIT CRM XML interface e.g. website or finance software, this counts as one additional CAL.

What is in the next release?

The next release contains the following enhancements:

Button to allow all contacts which not in ANY group to be assigned to a particular group.
Enhanced group management screen optimised for groups with many thousands of contacts.
Source core field names from database to allow for future customisation (Part 1 of 2).
